So I'm playing in my second game of the day against an aggressive player. I pick up QQ.. He raises.. i reraise pot. Flop AKx.. MEH!! I check.. he pushes all in and I insta fold.
Later in the same game I pick up AJ. I raise preflop... he reraises after limping.. this is odd. Flop is Axx.. looks good for me. I check.. he checks. Turn is another x. He bets a third of the pot.. I insta shove for his remaining 500.. he calls on... QQ.. baboom.. the guy couldn't fold his and lost. Poetic justice if ever there was any!!!
I'm thinking about heading back to FTP and trying to move up in limits. I feel the reason I haven't been successful in the past is I've always wanted to play too much.. hence losing my edge. This time I'll play 2 games per day at the $50 level until I get my original $500 back. Then I'll withdraw that and be essentially on a freeroll. I intend to move up to $100 and $200 limits eventually. But NEVER overplaying, which is SO destructive.
Lost aipf with KK vs 33.. that sucked. Then lost the game when I had 14 outs all in post flop :(
