Trying Day

Internet died and I lost 3 games today, which sucked donkey's balls. Still I didn't tilt and am happy with the way I played. I also played some $5 sng's. They were fun and I finally made a few dollars out of them as I ran well.
The tilt issues are really much better, thx to the Tendler vids!!! I feel I've made so much progress
I've got the HUD working for the sng's but not sure exactly how to interpret the stats yet.

Tendler

Watched the first 4 videos and they got progressively better. Now I've watched his first tilt vid and I think it's excellent. A very high chance I'm going to successfully eliminate tilt!!
I've already recognized my triggers and tendencies. I'll work on a plan to put into place when the tendencies are happening.
Lost $115 today, but played very well, which is all that counts.
I think in order to move away from a results mindset into a process mindset I'm going to stop recording results here and just discuss how well I played and how my anti-tilt progress is going.

Went to Poco Loco with Geoff and it was shite. Nevermind. Made $180 today, so poker is going well at last. The key is that I play very few games every day, but play those games 100%!

Cool Day

Watched the boys swim, then went to the German Warung with Geoff and Erma, which was cool. Then to Centro and the beach where the boys got toys. Won 4 straight when I go thome to go up $190. All in all a good day!

Happy

Had a cool time at the beach as usual. Started to swim a bit. Made $138, which is fine.
