Tough Start!!

Had some TOUGH games in the first session. blinds were high by the time I got to the end of them. Luckily I ended up $128. A pretty tiring session.

Went to watch Quantom of Solace again and the wife is now happy.

Played when I got back and ended up the day on $170.

Made $90 in the first session. Then came back for some more and got my ass kicked! Was down $300 (including buyin for two hu games) at one stage.

Came back and ended up $208 in the end :)

So a good finish to another poker day. Tried to take the boys to the beach to ride their scooters, but it pissed down, so we went to the shop for ice-creams instead

Haven't posted for a while. Had a good few days after the holiday. Came back and had a losing day, losing $123. Then had a bunch of winning days, making $70, $190, $185, $180.

Today made $135, though that was the first session. Maybe more to come?

Just lost to a guy who called his whole stack on second pair vs my top.. and he hit :(

Got screwed over in my second session and ended up losing.

Fatigue?

Played a 2 hour session. Had pretty tough opps in general and made the error of playing a guy who beat me again. He wasn't as bad as I thought and had adjusted to my style. I ended up losing twice.

Eventually won $37, but was very fatigued by the end of the session, making very silly errors.

My luck was much better today as I won 3 straight, my AK managing to hold up against A3 and my 99 holding up against A6. Both AIPF.

Made $142 and now I'm off to go flying. Taking Kiko and Marianna his wife and Josh Sher who is here on holidays.

Without a doubt the level in the 50's is MILES below that of the $100's. A world of difference.

Experience

All the games were tougher at the $100 level. That and running bad lead to the results. The guys there simply had less obvious flaws.. I'll be back, but for now, it's the $50's :((

When I Get My Shark!

When I get my shark then I'll start the move up to $100. I have to have some impetus. So that's it. If I can make the move work well then I'll be so much better off. Here's hoping!!

Won 4 straight!! Got to be happy with that. This makes my run now at least 8 straight wins! Won 3 straight yesterday, 4 today and the last game I played 2 days ago. Yay me!
